Penthouse Villa's are found on the first floor of six independent buildings on the northern part of the resort. On the ground floor there will be a duplex house. The penthouse has a 155m2 living area with a large balcony that oversees the resort and has a nice breeze.

This modern, newly built penthouse has spacious living and sleeping areas. The house has 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom has its own walk-in closet and bathroom with double sinks and a walk in shower. The two other bedrooms share a bathroom. Both bathrooms are spacious and finished with high-quality European sanitary ware and materials. The spacious kitchen is equipped with all necessary built-in appliances. The high ceilings give the house a grand and spatial effect.

Through the fully open sliding door, you gain access to the covered spacious porch of approximately 25m². On this porch, you will experience a cooling breeze and you have a beautiful view with lots of privacy.

The penthouse is fully equipped with hot water, lighting, window coverings, energy-efficient (inverter) air conditioning, and 220 volts (European) sockets.

The rental price is naf 3600,- excluding electricity/water/waste but including resort costs. The minimum rental period is 12 months and the deposit is 1 month's rent.
