Our Duplex House is a beautifully designed 85m2 house where we have been very efficient in the designing of the interior to provide maximum living space whilst still being highly efficient. On this same note we will build our houses with "Isotex" walls which are very well isolated to provide maximum comfort. Features hereof are that the interior remains cool at all times, and that you save up to 50% on your energy bill compared to houses built with traditional bricks.
Duplex houses have two bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open kitchen, a 20m2 terrace (option to enlarge), and a small loft in the livingroom to provide and extra space suitable for an office, playroom, libary, or just extra storage.
